You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery through our Returns Portal.

Return shipping fees

After registering your return, you will receive a prepaid return label for the countries listed below. The return fee will be deducted from your refund.

*Return fees for Germany, Austria and the Netherlands have been updated for the Black Friday period to ensure more sustainable logistics and processing.

Returning from another country? Register your return and ship it back to us using your own preferred method. Please keep your return receipt safe until we confirm receipt.

Conditions for Returned Items

  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Items may be tried on but must not show any signs of wear, washing, or damage
  • All tags must be attached
  • Items must be free from stains, odours, or pet hair

All items are inspected on return. Items returned in an unsuitable condition may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

Store Credit & 10% Bonus

When returning through our Returns Portal, you can choose a refund to your original payment method or receive store credit with an additional 10% bonus.

The credit is added to your account once the return is processed and will automatically appear at checkout for your next order when you’re logged in with the same email — no code needed.

  • Store credit never expires
  • Can be combined with other payment methods if needed
  • Any remaining balance stays in your account

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for your order. If a gift card was used to pay in full or in part, the refund will be applied to that gift card first. Processing times may vary depending on how long it takes for your return to reach our warehouse. Once received, refunds are typically processed within up to 10 business days.

Exchanges

If your item doesn’t fit, you can easily exchange it through our Returns Portal. The process is quick and fully automated. Exchanges are currently available for customers from Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, France, and Belgium. If an exchange can’t be processed, you’ll automatically receive a refund to your original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you’ve received a defective or wrong item, please contact our customer service before sending it back. Our team will review your case and assist you with the next steps.
