You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

Your order may arrive in more than one parcel. Please check each package — depending on the shipment, you'll either find a printed return label included or you'll need to register your return through our Returns Portal.

Returns with a printed return label

If a printed return label is included in your package, simply attach it to the parcel and drop it off at the carrier shown on the label. Your return will be processed by our logistics partner once it arrives. No registration needed. Return shipping is free.

Returns via the Returns Portal

If no printed label was included in your package, register your return through our Returns Portal. After registration, you'll receive a prepaid return label by email. During the registration, you can choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit with a 10% bonus.

Return shipping is free in all EU countries we deliver to. For Switzerland, a fee of 4,95 € applies and is deducted from your refund. From a country where no prepaid label is offered, you can register your return through the portal and send the parcel back using your own preferred carrier — please keep the tracking number until we confirm receipt. Returns sent with a self-purchased label cannot be reimbursed.

Multiple parcels

If your order arrives in more than one parcel, please handle each one separately. Use the printed label for parcels that include one, and register the others through the Returns Portal. Items from different parcels should not be combined into a single return shipment.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for your order. If a gift card was used, the refund is applied to that gift card first. Once your return reaches us and has been inspected, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.

Condition of returned items

You may inspect and try on the items to assess their nature, characteristics, and fit — as you would when shopping in a store. Please return them with all tags attached and, where possible, in their original packaging. All returns are inspected on arrival. If an item shows a loss in value that goes beyond what is necessary for this inspection, we may claim compensation in accordance with our Return Policy.

Need a different size or colour?

If an item doesn't fit, the fastest way to get the right one is to send it back for a refund and place a new order. This way, your replacement is on its way to you without waiting for the return to be processed first.

Faulty or incorrect items
